The Library is open to all children and staff within the school. We encourage and support students to become confident and enthusiactic Library users.

Borrowing
Students in the early years, reception to year 2, are able to borrow a maximum of four items. They require a library bag to borrow. These are for sale in the Library if you wish to purchase one.

Students in years 3-7 are able to borrow a maximum of 10 items. This includes any required text books.

All items, except text books are borrowed for two weeks. Borrowing continues through the holidays for Term 1, 2 and 3. All items must be returned at the end of Term Four.

Lost and damaged items need to be either paid for or replaced.

Book Week
Book Week is held in Term 3 of each year. It's a time to celebrate reading, authors, literature and writing. At this time we also hold a Book Fair where parents and children can purchase books. The proceeds of Fair support the purchaase of resources for the library.

Book Swap
This is a time when students are able to bring in books and swap for another, by a gold coin donation. Proceeds go to a disadvantaged overseas school.
